A consultancy built around the structured delivery of digital information.

TWL operates at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and construction — leading multidisciplinary coordination, embedding ISO 19650 governance, and managing federated model integrity across the full project lifecycle.

We work directly with developers, design consultants, and main contractors. Our remit covers BIM strategy, Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP), and the day-to-day discipline of clash resolution and information exchange.

We engage at principal level. We stay on the project from EIR through handover. We don’t subcontract coordination.

Aligned end-to-end

Multidisciplinary models, federated with engineering discipline.

Federated models bring six disciplines into a single source of truth — architecture, structures, MEP, façade, interiors, landscape. Coordination focuses where conflicts actually occur. Four primary domains carry the load.

01
Discipline 01

Architecture

Design intent fidelity preserved through model translation, federation, and validation. From schematic geometry through to coordinated construction documentation.

02
Discipline 02

Structures & Façade

Cross-discipline geometry alignment from primary structure through cladding interfaces.

03
Discipline 03

Clash Resolution

Tiered detection, structured issue tracking, prioritised resolution against programme milestones.

04
Discipline 04

MEP & Services

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing — coordinated through federated routing and access reviews. Every service mapped, sequenced, and validated against structural and architectural envelopes.

Clash detection as a discipline, not a one-off report.

Live federated dashboards. Tracked resolution. Programme-aligned prioritisation. The view below illustrates a typical mid-coordination state across a federated project.

Coordination across landmark developments.

Where structured delivery matters most.

A

Cultural & Civic

Geometrically complex, high-prestige projects with stringent design intent fidelity.

e.g. Zayed National Museum · Qiddiya West Majlis
B

Mixed-Use Master Plans

Multi-plot, multi-consultant programmes requiring federated governance.

e.g. Emaar Creek Harbour · Qiddiya Sales & Residential
C

Education & Healthcare

Operational asset complexity with long-term FM data requirements.

e.g. Misk School Campus, Riyadh
D

Infrastructure & Giga-Projects

Scale-driven coordination across linear assets and discipline interfaces.

e.g. Qiddiya Lighting Infrastructure
