Most BIM problems start before the project does. Unclear EIRs, inherited templates, mismatched BEPs, and procurement models that didn’t think about information at all. We run governance setup as a discrete engagement: we audit current standards, draft or refine the EIR, structure the BEP, and align the MIDP with the actual procurement programme.

The output is a coherent information delivery framework that survives the inevitable scope changes, consultant swaps, and contractor onboarding. Our governance work is grounded in ISO 19650 but always shaped to the realities of Middle East procurement.

Coordination Leadership

Day-to-day federated model integrity across architecture, structure, MEP, façade, interiors, and landscape disciplines.

Coordination isn’t a clash report. It’s a weekly discipline of model federation, issue tracking, prioritisation, and live consultant negotiation. We chair coordination meetings, manage clash workflows, drive resolution, and keep federated model integrity intact week-on-week.

Our coordination engagements range from full-time embedded leadership on complex packages, to fractional senior oversight of internal teams who need a steadying hand. We work in Navisworks and ACC Model Coordination — fluent in whichever stack the project demands.

A CDE is only as useful as the rules around it. We implement Common Data Environments — typically Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex, or BIM 360 — but more importantly we configure the workflows, naming conventions, status protocols, and approval gates that make information actually flow.
