§ 02 / Practice

A small specialist consultancy. Senior leadership on every brief.

TWL Digital brings structured BIM coordination and digital engineering advisory to projects that demand both technical rigour and design sensitivity. The practice is built on 8+ years of senior coordination leadership across landmark Middle East developments.

The way we work is structured, principal-led, and standards-driven.

Our engagement model is intentionally narrow. We take on a small number of projects at any one time so that senior practitioners — not delegated juniors — lead BIM strategy, run coordination meetings, and stay close to model integrity throughout delivery.

We align everything we do to ISO 19650, but we are not dogmatic about it. Standards exist to serve project outcomes; we adapt frameworks to fit each client’s procurement model, software ecosystem, and team maturity.

We are fluent in the tools the industry actually uses: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex, Power BI, and the data exchange formats (IFC, COBie) that connect them.

Four commitments that shape every engagement.

i

Technical precision over generality

We talk in specifics: LOD, MIDP alignment, federation logic. Vague language conceals risk.

ii

Standards as scaffolding, not scripture

ISO 19650 frames our work, but the goal is project outcomes — not certification theatre.

iii

Discipline parity

Architecture, structures, MEP, façade — coordination only works when no discipline is privileged.

iv

Information as a deliverable

The model is not the end product. Structured, validated, handover-ready information is.
